Terms of Service

1. Agreement to terms

By accessing and using unsetthemes.com and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. License to use themes

When you purchase a theme from Unset Themes, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Install the theme on unlimited Shopify stores that you own
• Modify the theme code for your own use
• Receive updates and support as described in your purchase

You may not: redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the theme files with others; use the theme to build themes for resale; or claim authorship of the theme.

3. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent the theme from functioning as described, we'll work with you to resolve the issue or provide a refund at our discretion. Contact us within 14 days of purchase.

4. Updates and support

Your purchase includes lifetime updates and 6 months of email support. After 6 months, you can extend support by contacting us. Updates are delivered through our update channel and are included in your license at no additional cost.

5. Customization work

If you modify the theme code yourself or via a third party, we cannot guarantee continued functionality after future updates. Our support covers the original theme as delivered. Custom modifications made by Unset Themes are covered under a separate agreement.

6. Intellectual property

All themes, code, designs, images, and materials provided by Unset Themes remain our intellectual property. The license granted to you does not transfer any ownership rights. Third-party assets (fonts, icons) are used under their respective licenses.

7. Warranty disclaimer

Our themes are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. While we strive for excellence, we do not guarantee that the themes will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet every specific requirement. We test thoroughly but cannot predict every edge case.

8. Limitation of liability

In no event shall Unset Themes be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our themes. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the theme.

9. Compatibility

Our themes are designed for Shopify Online Store 2.0 architecture. We maintain compatibility with the current Shopify platform but cannot guarantee functionality with third-party apps or custom Shopify configurations.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate these terms, particularly the distribution restrictions. Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
